How the process works for you
Your dedicated team will work with your in-house function from the commencement of the search, understanding the brief and scope of assignment, through to qualifying and shortlisting talent before introducing you to them. Using a blend of phone and online sourcing we will research target organisations, before identifying relevant individuals to approach, engage and attract.

When engaging potential talent, we will qualify them against the requirements of the role and gain an understanding of their career motivations and aspirations, ensuring they are a right fit both technically and culturally.
In consultation with all hiring stakeholders, which includes informing the recruitment process using real-time market insight, we will present our shortlist, introduce relevant candidates and manage any individuals who are not being progressed.
As an extension to your in-house team, you will have full visibility of the search progress, through online reporting, and ownership of all individuals that express an interest in opportunities with you.
