All of this for a fixed price, irrespective of how many hires are made, based on a day rate which is proven to reduce senior hiring costs by over 50%.

What we don’t do

A flexible model

Our pricing model is designed to be cost effective and transparent while also enabling Charlie Mclntosh Ltd to provide a sustainable, flexible and high-quality solution to our clients.

We offer a range of commercial models, tailored to the needs and budget of our clients. All fees are based on a day rate (per Talent Sourcing Partner) and are fixed upfront. The most common cost models are;

  • Transactional projects– a one off fee to add resource to a specific project (e.g. executive search or mapping assignment)
  • Retained partnership– Instant capacity to for longer term demands (monthly retainer with the ability to flex resource allocation as and when needed).
  • Resource bank– Purchase a bank of resource (days), which can be fed off and topped up as and when needed.

We do not charge any additional fees for candidate introductions, placements or market intelligence.
