Arcadis is a leading design, engineering and management consulting business. They employ over 27,000 people in 70 countries and have a turnover of c€3.5bn. Charlie McIntosh Ltd first started working with Arcadis in 2019, supporting their senior hiring function on a number of global assignments.

In early 2021 Arcadis needed to quickly expand the internal hiring capacity as a result of a significant increase in hiring demand coupled with a very competitive talent market following COVID-19.

Charlie McIntosh Ltd put in place a solution to provide a proactive sourcing channel, adding instant scale to their in-house team. This was an ongoing programme of work which was scaled up and down in resource to react to the demands of the business.

Working closely with both the in-house talent acquisition team and hiring managers our solution focussed resource on the identification, sourcing and attraction of experienced talent, building communities of future candidates within Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Project Management and Engineering.
