I have worked in recruitment for the last 4 years in a 360 capacity, typically working across FMCG, both Retail and Foodservice – mid to senior level roles, across all disciplines including Sales and Marketing, Operations and Technical, HR and Finance. No role is too big or too small, I will always get my teeth stuck into it and ensure I make those all-important matches for both clients and candidates.

During the pandemic, I wanted to make a change. I knew I loved speaking to people and understanding their roles and responsibilities and really finding out what they need to be happy in their next career move. I also really enjoy building strong relationships with clients, working collaboratively, understanding their needs for now and in the future, and supporting them, be that research and insight or filling those harder to fill niche roles.

I joined Charlie McIntosh in March 2022 as it offered me everything I enjoyed doing as a consultant and more! And what an exciting year it has been so far; New office, new team members, new clients and lots of exciting opportunities and projects to work on.

In my spare time, I manage an all-women Rounders team which can get very competitive, I enjoy going to the gym, trying to keep fit although my downfall is sugary snacks, Kids and grown-ups love em’ so. If I didn’t mention Frank, he wouldn’t let me forget it. Frank is my baby; he is a house rabbit and I rescued him in 2021. He loves attention, snacks and naps…. Just like his mum.
